Refund Policy
At Craft Your Destiny, we are committed to providing high-quality astrology services and educational courses. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.
1. Astrology Consultation Services
All consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
If a session is canceled by the client at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, it may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.
2. Astrology Courses & Training Programs
Before Course Access
A refund request may be considered if made within [3–7 days] of payment and before accessing course materials.
Administrative charges (if any) may be deducted.
After Course Access
Once course materials (videos, PDFs, login credentials) have been accessed or shared, no refund will be provided.
Fees are non-transferable to another person unless officially approved.
3. Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable content, and recorded materials are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Payment Errors
If you believe a payment has been made in error or duplicate, please contact us within 48 hours with payment proof. Valid cases will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation by Craft Your Destiny
If a course or consultation is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
An option to reschedule or transfer to another batch.
